Well I have finished my course on Web Design and come out the other end comparatively sane and, unbelievably, with the coveted diploma. I have to say though that I certainly could not have done it without you. I am a mature student and it has been many years since I have had to study anything so I did start the course with some trepidation I have to admit. Throughout all of it though I always felt able to contact you for help and somehow during the 8 months it took me to complete the course your response to my queries was answered immediately. You never kept me waiting and were always a source of encouragement to me. Since finishing the course you have continued to offer me support which is extremely generous of you and I want to thank you for that. My whole experience with the Web Design course has been amazing and I am so glad that I had you guys as my mentors. Thank you so much.

Just to say thanks again for all your help. I really am enjoying this course. So glad I get support as well. I see Skillstrain were on TV the other night for numerous problems students have had with them. So well done to you for the good work.
All the best.I really enjoyed the course and I think its fair to say that it was the best course I've ever done; very enjoyable, great delivery and fun as well as hard work. It certainly stirred the grey matter a bit!

Ian, I am so grateful for all you have taught me - it will just be 2 years in a couple of weeks since I started on the HTML course and I often think how much I have learnt in that time, and so much of it is thanks to you. Your HTML course was so clear and your advice throughout my new career is always spot-on.
I couldn't have wished for better guidance than yours. Whenever I look at my records and see some 20 websites under my management... it always reminds me how lucky I was to have had you as my tutor.
(Please do feel free to pass on my words or recommendation to anyone thinking about learning HTML and designing websites.)
